Research what a pictograph and a petroglyph are. What are the differences? | Have students research Native American symbols and where they have been found. How are pictographs used by other cultures? | Research project: Describe ways people have communicated in the past and present. (stone tablets, telegrams, smoke signals, morris code, email, etc.) Students will read the Wikipedia link below as a driving question to their research projects on the History of Communication. |
