  1. Do I consider myself to be an educator who holds high expectations for my students?  What are examples of some ways in which I practice this?
  2. Are there certain types or groups of students who I tend to expect less from? Why? 
  3. What are some ways that I work to differentiate instruction to allow for the differences in my students as well as to continue to hold them to their individual high expectations?
  4. Do most of my students reach their full potential or are there things preventing them from excelling fully?
