Questions for Reflection and Circle Discussion:
- Do I consider myself to be an educator who holds high expectations for my students? What are examples of some ways in which I practice this?
- Are there certain types or groups of students who I tend to expect less from? Why?
- What are some ways that I work to differentiate instruction to allow for the differences in my students as well as to continue to hold them to their individual high expectations?
- Do most of my students reach their full potential or are there things preventing them from excelling fully?
